Our house sake: just rice, water, koji and yeast. No tricks.
Pure rice sake (junmai), slowly fermented and pressed by hand. Chilled it is fresh and fruity, gently warmed (nurukan) it turns round and savoury. Loves sushi, but won't say no to a good Hungarian stew either.
A box every quarter: two bottles of the season's sake, with pairing notes.
From season to season: fresh in spring, refreshing in summer, matured hiyaoroshi in autumn, cloudy new sake in winter. Every box holds two 720 ml bottles and a card telling you what to cook alongside.
