Terms of Use (EULA)

JóSzaké.hu is operated by JóSzaké / [cégnév] (“we”). SakeAsAService is currently a pre-order, interest-gathering service only: nothing can be purchased on the site and no payment takes place. The cart only collects the items you would like to pre-order.

A pre-order is not an offer or a contract and binds neither you nor us. Its purpose is to gauge demand and to notify you when a product becomes available.

Sake is an alcoholic beverage. Only persons aged 18 or over may register or pre-order; registration and pre-ordering each require a separate confirmation (checkbox) that you are 18 or older. Please drink responsibly.

We will only sell alcoholic beverages once we hold the licences required by applicable law. Until then, a pre-order is solely an expression of interest.

Registering and confirming your email address gives you access to members-only content (blog, limited packages). You log in with your email address and a password; we only store an irreversible hash of the password (bcrypt). Please keep your password secret and don't reuse it elsewhere.

To confirm your email address, or if you forget your password, we email you a short-lived, single-use link. Anyone with access to that link can sign in to your account, so please don't forward it.

Please provide accurate details. We may reject or delete a registration in case of abuse.

Prices shown are expected, indicative prices and may change until a final offer is made. Product descriptions present planned batches; as the products are handmade, flavour and size may vary.

The texts, design and logo of the site belong to JóSzaké and may not be used without permission.

We run the site with reasonable care but accept no liability for downtime or for the availability of pre-ordered products.

We may update these terms; the current version is 2026-10-25. We record the version you accepted at registration. Questions: hello@joszake.hu.

These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
